I hold a PhD in Economics of Industry and Technology from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ, Brazil). I am currently a Lecturer in Economics at Birmingham City University (UK) and a Research Associate at the Economics of Innovation Research Group of the UFRJ.
My research interests are innovation strategies and international business, innovation management, innovation policies and the pharmaceutical/health sector.
