Overview:
The Session on Financial and Economic Networks is a focus session of the International School and Conference on Network Science (NetSci 2025), taking place in Maastricht, the Netherlands, from June 2nd to 6th, 2025. This session, scheduled as part of the conference program, provides a unique platform for researchers and scholars interested in financial and economic networks to convene, share insights, and engage with cutting-edge research presentations.

Purpose:
The primary aim of this session is to foster an exchange of ideas among experts in network science, economics, and finance. Through focused presentations, participants will explore innovative approaches to understanding financial markets and economic systems using network science. The event encourages collaborative dialogue, knowledge sharing, and feedback from peers and esteemed speakers.

What to Expect:

Call for Participation:
