About
I am a historian of Russian and international economic policy working at the Harvard Kennedy School and am also the managing editor of The Private Debt Project. My research examines the interactions between economic thought and the reforms of the fiscal state both at the national and international levels. I have a Ph.D. in History with a focus on Russian History and International Political Economy from The University of Pennsylvania.
