Every year, the coordinators and organizers of each YSI working group come together to develop their group’s
mandate. They realign the group’s efforts and activities around a set of high level research questions, and
determine which projects warrant particular attention. This allows to set the group’s research themes, headline projects, and partnerships, as well as its academic priorities and strategic direction.
