Dear coordinators and organizers,
I’m reaching out with a cross-working-group project that may be of interest to you.
For the 6th year in a row, we are very excited for the UNCTAD YSI Summer School to be held in the last week of August. This year, the school will be held in a hybrid format, allowing participants to join from anywhere.
The program is still in preliminary form, but it should give you an idea! We have 8 spots for young scholars interested in hosting the follow up discussions – first come first serve.
Participating in this capacity means:
- Attending a training call
- Virtually attending (at least the majority of) the school from 28-31 August, 2023
- Working with a peer to run one of the 45min follow up discussions on zoom, where you give your own reflections on the day's lecture, provide discussion points for the group, and send everyone off to discuss among themselves in breakout rooms
