as a result of our recently organized event on Remunicipalization (Amesterdam, Dec 2019), Professor Mildred Warner (Cornell University) asked us to share this CfP for a Special Issue on the leading journal Journal of Utilities Policy. Above a brief description of this call.
"The Journal of Utilities Policy is developing a Special Issue on the theme of water utility governance and scale, including alternative models, structural change, and implications for performance. Quantitative research and qualitative cases are welcome, including short-form research and policy notes. Abstracts will be due in early 2020, with the goal of finalizing the issue by the end of the year".
