Webinar “Is society costly for the market and state?” on Wednesday, May 17

The Working Groups in “Finance, Law and Economics” and "Financial Stability" are excited to welcome you to participate in the Webinar on the “Is society costly for the market and state or the other way around? Ronald Coase and the legal foundations of microeconomics” which will be held on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at 5:00 PM (CET) . It will last an hour.

The purpose of the talk will be to introduce the audience to Coase’s argument, review the most important points of its interpretation and to analyse its role the creation of the dominant paradigm in law and in economics.

The talk will be given by Aleksandar Stojanović, research associate at the International University College of Turin. Aleksandar has been regularly contributing to discussions of paradigm shift in law and economics. He is currently engaged in projects dealing with law and economics of public food procurement in EU; and with comparative study of technology of governance of externality, property and commons.
