The Complexity Economics Working group is organizing a one-day workshop with the "Complexity in Economics and Finance" satellite at this year’s Conference on Complex Systems (CCS) in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil from 16-20 October, 2023. We welcome YSI members doing research on economic and financial systems to consider participating in this workshop, and to see attending CCS as an opportunity to experience top research in Complex Systems.

Travel stipends are intended to support in-person participation for accepted contributors to the "Complexity in Economics and Finance" workshop, and are being made available preferentially to YSI members based in Brazil and/or elsewhere in Latin America. Travel support will consist of a contribution towards the cost of air travel plus the possibility of shared accommodation from 15-20 October, 2023 near to the venue. INET YSI does not pay registration fees.
