Overview: The Panel Discussion on Financial and Economic Networks is a focus session of the International School and Conference on Network Science (NetSci 2024), scheduled to be held in Québec City from June 17th to 21st, 2024. The panel discussion itself will take place on June 19th, 2024. This event offers a unique platform for researchers and scholars interested in financial and economic networks to convene, share insights, and engage in high-level discussions.

Purpose: The primary objective of this panel discussion is to foster interdisciplinary dialogue between experts in network science, economics, and finance. By bringing together scholars from diverse backgrounds, the event aims to explore new perspectives on economic systems and financial markets through the lens of network science. Participants will have the opportunity to present their research, exchange ideas, and receive feedback from peers and seasoned professionals.

Selected presenters will have the opportunity to share their research findings and insights with a diverse audience of peers and experts.
